Let me guess, you’re here because you’re keen enough about learning to make money online especially during these present circumstances. Understandably, everybody at the moment is struggling to find as many sources of income as possible for the sake of providing for the family or ourselves.

Based on a thorough observation, it is seen that Malaysians have been creative in making ways to make money nowadays. Without wasting our time, let’s get to it now!

  1. Sell your preloved items!

– Some sites and apps are good for everyone to explore to start selling their preloved items. You can sell anything of your stuff that is still in good condition to be used such as clothes, table set, smartphones, and many more. One of the most practical apps I encountered is called Carousell. Believe it or not, people even sell cars in Carousell! So, if you have extra stuff that you might no longer need, this could be perfect for you.

  1. Start You-Tubing

– Believe it or not, a lot of Malaysians have started gaining easy money by creating a YouTube channel and to my surprise, the income that one can gain out of this you-tubing job can be booming. Recently, there’s this one new YouTuber who’s been recognized and known for her cooking videos mainly Indian dishes. You might want to check her out by searching for Sugu Pavithra because apparently, she has been a word of mouth in Malaysia, and the most recent one, even the Prime Minister himself has started acknowledging her by giving away a bunch of gifts that can be helpful for her video recording.

Image was taken from Sugu Pavithra’s You Tube Channel when she presented the gifts she received from the Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin

  1. Affiliate marketing

– Okay now, this does sound hard but truth is, this is by far the easiest way to generate more money. The concept is as easy as recommending someone else to something to get a reward or bonus in return. If this hassle-free way doesn’t sound effortless to you, I don’t know what is. If you’re new to this, you should check out MyTreats app to be amazed by how much you can gain by referring your friends to become a member. One influencer recently has managed to gain as much as RM5K only by referring her friends to join the community as a member, like her. This is the most practical stay-at-home way of making money.

The number of friends you invite to join the community and the amount of bonus you’ll earn will be shown clearly in you MyTreats app profile

That’s all for now. Stay tuned to my next article on exploring the other more creative ways Malaysians have been practicing to make money online. Last but not least, let’s be creative by making money while staying at home!

How Do I Make Money Online?

It’s 2020 and we’re living in a digital era where the rapid technological change is becoming the present state of affairs. This has led to thousands of ways to make money online – which very much makes sense, especially during this critical pandemic crisis. The opportunities to make money online are so wide with options to be grabbed. Let’s get feasted with some of the ideas that can be useful for kick-starters to begin making money online.

One of the widely practiced methods is by selling products online, either your own products or as a drop-shipper across every platform suitable depending on the target audience you ought to focus on. Some of the undoubtedly known platforms would be Shopee, eBay, and a lot more to list down and in Malaysia itself, it can be seen that people have been very well utilizing the use of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc to market and sell their products. This seems to work wonders for both the sellers and the purchasers.

The next awesome idea to recommend is to rent out your own pieces of stuff like pretty dresses, camera, and your car or wonderfully, you can also host your house for rental on known sites like Airbnb. The idea behind this is to fill in people’s needs at a lower price than when the item is purchased itself. Generally speaking, people don’t always opt to buy expensive dresses just for a one-time event, hence the practicability of renting it.

Have you heard of affiliate marketing before? If you haven’t, this might be the best way to make it simply understood – you recommend something and get rewarded in return. It’s totally hassle-free and no products of your own needed to be marketed. One of the online platforms that has started making its move in encouraging people to generate money using this affiliate marketing among the social network that is currently known in Malaysia is the newly launched Mytreats app.

This app allows people to shop for goods using e-cash provided and making it very hugely possible to generate more e-cash just by recommending it to other people to join the community. Honestly speaking, this sounds very relevant in order to help people to survive during this pandemic situation. A lot of people have lost their source of income due to this, hence making it harder to get their groceries stocked up for their family. This initiative has brought about the light at the end of the tunnel for most people and this light gives them a sustainable hope to provide for their family with peace of mind.

It is a critical time we are facing right now due to this pandemic and everyone has been badly affected by this. It is hoped that these ideas would give a bit of inspiration that possibilities for sustainable hope are there.
